Crusoe Spark Liquid Modular Unit Delivers 3.5MW, Built in 2027
Crusoe's sixth-generation modular AI factory packs up to 3.5MW of liquid-cooled compute per unit for NVIDIA GB300 and Vera Rubin racks, but factory output only starts in 2027.

Crusoe introduced Spark Liquid on October 21, the sixth generation of its prefabricated modular AI factory, rated at up to 3.5MW of compute per unit. The Denver-based company said in its release that the design is engineered for NVIDIA GB300 NVL72 and Vera Rubin NVL72 rack-scale systems and offers five times the compute density of earlier Spark generations.
Each unit uses a closed-loop, non-evaporative direct liquid cooling design that, according to Crusoe, does not consume or evaporate water, which the company pitches for water-stressed regions. Units are built in Crusoe's factory and shipped ready to deploy, and Crusoe said they can be installed in clusters to serve training and inference. The company claims the approach cuts field construction from years to months and costs less than conventional construction.

Each Spark Liquid unit is a factory-built block of up to 3.5MW that is added to a site, with production starting in 2027.
